Jennifer Cheung

Biography

Jennifer leads Halderon's global Mergers & Acquisitions practice and has advised on more than 150 transactions across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the Americas. Her expertise spans commercial due diligence, synergy assessment, and post-merger integration for both strategic acquirers and private equity funds. She is a frequent keynote speaker at Mergermarket and AVCJ conferences. Jennifer holds a BCom from the University of Hong Kong and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
