Biography

Omar leads Halderon's Middle East practice and is a recognized expert on economic diversification and sovereign transformation programs. He has advised government entities and royal family offices across the GCC on Vision 2030 implementation, privatization strategies, and the development of knowledge-based economies. His work has shaped landmark public-private partnerships in healthcare, education, and infrastructure. Omar holds a degree in Engineering from Imperial College London and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
