Biography

Stefan leads Halderon's Financial Institutions practice across EMEA and is a trusted advisor to the C-suites of Europe's largest banks and insurers. He specializes in regulatory strategy, capital optimization, and digital banking transformation. His work has shaped the post-Basel III strategies of several systemically important European banks. Prior to consulting, Stefan spent seven years in risk management at Deutsche Bank. He holds a Diplom in Mathematics from the University of Heidelberg.
